Low-income Social Security System members may receive up to Php 12,000 under the government’s Unified Package for Livelihoods, Industry, Food, and Transport (UPLIFT) program.
SSS members under Group 3 receive Php 2,000 per month from July to December 2026.
However, members cannot apply for the assistance through a public form or registration website.
The Philippine Information Agency reported that beneficiaries were selected in advance through government data matching.
The SSS serves as the payment channel, while the Department of Social Welfare and Development provides the funds.
The cash assistance is not deducted from members’ SSS contributions, according to the DSWD.

Five Conditions Used to Select Members
An SSS member generally needs to meet several conditions to qualify.
The member must:
- Be an active and employed SSS member
- Appear in the 2024 Community-Based Monitoring System
- Have a Monthly Salary Credit of Php 20,000 or below
- Have at least one posted contribution in 2025 or 2026
- Have an approved SSS disbursement account enrolled by April 30, 2026
Notes:
Only one qualified SSS member per household can receive the monthly assistance.
Being an SSS member with a low salary does not automatically lead to payment.
Workers who are not included in the CBMS list cannot qualify through Group 3, even if their income is Php 20,000 or lower.
Payment Goes Straight to the Enrolled Account
Qualified members do not normally need to visit an SSS branch or join a manual payout.
The monthly grant is credited directly to the bank account, e-wallet, or payment channel registered through the SSS Disbursement Account Enrollment Module.
The PIA reported that qualified members receive the funds through their enrolled SSS accounts.
Members can log in to the official My.SSS portal or MySSS mobile app to check their notifications and registered disbursement account.
They should also review the email address registered with SSS for possible payment notices.
No New Registration Period Announced
Members may still update their SSS contact and payment details.
However, enrolling a disbursement account after April 30 does not guarantee inclusion in the current UPLIFT payout.
Those who believe they qualify but have not received the money may call the SSS hotline at 1455, email usssaptayo@sss.gov.ph, or visit an SSS branch.
Members should avoid unofficial registration links and people asking for passwords, PINs, or one-time passwords.
