How to Register for UPLIFT Cash Aid in the G2P Portal

Filipinos cannot register through a public application form to become beneficiaries of the DSWD UPLIFT cash assistance.

Qualified households are selected using existing records from the 4Ps, Walang Gutom Program, 2024 Community-Based Monitoring System, and Social Security System.

However, selected Group 2 beneficiaries must register their preferred payment account to receive later payouts digitally.

How to Register for UPLIFT Cash Aid in the G2P Portal

Step 1: Wait for your official payout notice

Group 2 covers poor and near-poor households identified through the 2024 Community-Based Monitoring System.

Qualified households receive Php 2,000 monthly from July to December 2026.

Their first payment is released through an assigned manual payout site.

Beneficiaries should wait for an official notice from the DSWD or their local government about the schedule and venue.

The UPLIFT Government-to-Person or G2P system is used to manage verified beneficiaries and payment channels.

NOTE: It is not an open application portal where anyone can sign up for cash aid.

Step 2: Register in the eGov PH app

Before visiting the payout site, selected Group 2 beneficiaries are encouraged to download the official eGov PH mobile app.

Create an account using your correct name and personal information.

Keep the registered mobile number active because it may be needed for verification.

The DSWD says registering in eGov PH before the scheduled payout can make payment enrollment faster.

Step 3: Prepare your payment account

Beneficiaries may choose an approved payment channel offered during enrollment.

For LandBank, bring an ATM card or passbook that clearly shows the account holder’s name.

For GCash, prepare the registered account for verification.

The account information should match the beneficiary’s official record.

Bring any additional documents listed in the official payout notice.

Step 4: Complete enrollment at the payout site

At the assigned venue, DSWD personnel will verify the beneficiary, enroll the chosen payment account, and assist with the initial Php 2,000 payout.

After successful enrollment, later payments may be sent through the verified GCash or LandBank account.

Beneficiaries should follow the instructions given at the site and keep any payout or enrollment record.

How to Register for UPLIFT Cash Aid

Other groups receive aid differently

  • Eligible 4Ps households receive a one-time Php 2,000 payment through their existing LandBank cash card or GCash account.
  • Walang Gutom beneficiaries receive the aid during scheduled food redemption activities.
  • Qualified low-income SSS members receive payments through their registered SSS disbursement accounts.

The full payment arrangements for all three groups are explained in the official DSWD announcement.

No universal UPLIFT QR code announced

DSWD has not announced a universal QR code that allows the public to apply for UPLIFT.

Do not submit personal or banking information through unofficial G2P websites, social media links, or QR codes.

Registration is free, and beneficiaries should act only after receiving official instructions from DSWD or their local government.
