  2. Family Background: Must be the child or grandchild of an agrarian reform beneficiary, small farmer, or fisher.

  4. Academic Performance: Must be graduating high school students with a minimum average grade of 90% or belong to the top 10% of their class.
  5. High School Endorsement: Must have an endorsement from their high school principal.
  6. Financial Status: Should not be receiving any other financial assistance, grant, or scholarship from external sources.
  7. Admission Requirements: Must pass the admission requirements of partner SUCs.
  8. Income: The total annual family income must not exceed P300,000.00, with exemptions considered on a case-by-case basis.
